احیای مجدد این راه آهن تنیس مرکزی ، ضمن ایجاد فضایی برای گردش کار خلاق برای گروه Buntin – یک آژانس تبلیغاتی مستقر در نشویل ، در تاریخ این سازه افتخارآمیز است ، این ساختمان در ابتدا با استفاده از مواد حیاط راه آهن مجاور ساخته شده است. . این استفاده مجدد سازگار ، سازه اصلی فولادی را نشان می دهد که حجم بالای ۳۵ فوت را تشکیل می دهد و از هنر و نبوغ نسل های گذشته تجلیل می کند. خطوط ریلی قدیمی و اتومبیل های قطار از جمع آوری و خط تولید مداخله طراحی جدید خبر می دهند. فضای کاری جدید ، فضایی کاملاً مشترک و انعطاف پذیر ایجاد می کند که برای انطباق با دنیای به سرعت در حال تغییر تبلیغات و ایجاد محتوا طراحی شده است.

project description of The Buntin Group Offices

The repurposing of this historic Tennessee Central Railway shed honors the history of the structure while generating space for creative workflow for The Buntin Group – a Nashville-based ad agency.Built in the early 1900’s as a maintenance shed, the building was originally constructed using materials from the adjacent rail yard. This adaptive reuse highlights the original steel structure that forms the generous 35-foot high volume and celebrates the craftsmanship and ingenuity of past generations.Old rail lines and train cars inform the massing and linework of the new design intervention. The new open workspace creates a highly collaborative and flexible space designed to adapt with the rapidly changing world of ad buying and content creation.
