مشخصات پروژه خانه E

کمیسیون در قالب مسابقه به ما رسید. مفهوم اصلی پروژه خانه E از آن زمان تاکنون بدون تغییر باقی مانده است. ما خانه ای را ارائه دادیم که در دو صفحه قرار دارد که رابطه آن رادیکال است: ۴۲ متر طول ۳ متر طول. دو واحد مسکن در همان کارخانه توسط یک حیاط از هم جدا شده اند که کار اصلی آن تولید جریان های باد گرم است.کشش ابعاد طرح ، ۴۲ متر نما مستقیم به ما امکان توزیع کل برنامه اصلی را به جنوب می دهد و در سمت شمال برای مناطق خدماتی با حداقل مقدار پنجره قرار می گیرد.

توزیع برنامه در کف این امکان را به ما می دهد که استفاده از مسکن را انعطاف پذیرتر کنیم و بتوانیم خانه اصلی مهمان را با حیاط به عنوان لینک جدا کنیم. برای جلوگیری از قرار گرفتن بیش از حد خانه در محیط ، از سطح کف کاسته شده و یک سقف دال بتونی شیب دار با یک بخش در حال تغییر در محور شمال – جنوب ایجاد شده است.

استخر شنا خانه E

در خانه Eاستخر شنا ، که دارای یک محدوده سنگفرش سخت با باغ است ، در سطح حتی پایینتری نیز پیش بینی می شد. این باغ به نوبه خود ، به تدریج به یک منظره مدیترانه ای با مصرف صفر آب تبدیل می شود. كل آبي كه بر روي سقف ساختمان فرو مي رود ، بازيافت مي شود ، در يك مخزن ۴۰ تني كه در سطح زير زمين بزرگ واقع شده است و ۵۰٪ از بناي ساختمان را اشغال مي كند و به آن توسط يك رمپ قابل دسترس مي باشد ، انباشته مي شود. .

قسمتهای سفید ، بتونی ، مشبک چوبی و شیشه نما را در طبقه همکف ترسیم می کنند در حالی که هنگام عبور از محدوده سطح ۰.۰m ، دیوار خشک کن شخصیت اصلی است. فن آوری فعلی از نظر محفظه ها به ما این امکان را می دهد که تمام شیشه های پنجره ها را در پشت دیوارها مخفی کنیم وقتی خانه در حال استفاده است و از طرف دیگر قادر است خانه را با استفاده از کرکره کشویی در صورت دلخواه مخفی کنیم.

Project description of E House

This commission reached us in the form of a contest. The main concept of the project has remained unchanged since then. We proposed a house contained within two slabs whose relationship is radical: 42m long x 3m high. Two housing units within the same plant are separated by a courtyard whose main function is to generate warm wind currents.

Stretching the dimensions of the plot, the 42 meters of straight facade allow us to distribute the entire main program to the south, leaving on the north side for the service areas with a minimum amount of windows. The distribution of the program on the floor allows us to make the use of housing more flexible, being able to segregate the main house of the guest house with the courtyard as a link. To avoid the overexposure of the house in the environment, the level of the floor was reduced and a sloping concrete slab roof was created with a changing section in the north-south axis.

The swimming pool, that exerts a hard pavement limit with the garden was projected on an even lower level. The garden, in turn, gradually becomes a Mediterranean landscape with zero water consumption. The totality of the water that falls on the roof of the building is recovered, accumulating in a 40-ton cistern that is located at the level of the large basement that occupies 50% of the imprint of the building and which is accessed by a ramp.

The white, the concrete, the wooden lattices and the glass draw the facades on the ground floor while the drywall is the protagonist when we cross the limit of the 0.0m level. Current technology in terms of enclosures allows us the ambivalence of hiding all the glass of the windows behind walls when the house is in use and, on the other hand, being able to “bunkerize” the house using sliding shutters when desired.
