مشخصات پروژه خانه علفزار

تیم طراحی از منظره های برجسته و دامنه های زیبا الهام گرفته شده است تا سازه ای را در منظره بسازد تا بتواند ماساژ آن را در سایت اصلی توسعه نیافته به حداقل برساند. چیدمان L شکل در خانه ، روی پیشانی گره چمن پوشانیده شده است ، که به آرامی درون زمین قرار گرفته و مطابق با محورهای تپه قرار دارد. بال اصلی این خانه دارای یک آشپزخانه مشترک مشترک ، اتاق غذاخوری و محوطه نشیمن است که درها و پنجره های شیشه ای از کف تا سقف آن برای باز کردن یک پاسیوی گسترده قابل استفاده است.

خانه به یکباره به چشم اندازهای اطراف باز شده است ، و منظره ای از دلفریب فراگیر ، به طور یکپارچه در فضاهای داخلی و خارجی ادغام شده است. با نزدیک شدن به خانه ، از دیوارهای بتونی کاشی شده ، نگاه را به طرف وانی هیل که در افق غربی نشسته است هدایت می کند. سایت به صورت غیرقابل جابجایی در داخل و خارج از خانه حرکت می کند. یک بام سبز در بالای گاراژ به عنوان یک قسمت از دالان اطراف عمل می کند ، در حالی که اتاق های با نفوذ از لحاظ بصری اجازه می دهند تا علفزار به طور مداوم در داخل خانه جریان یابد. نمای سایدینگ خانه ، خاکستری گرم و رنگی با خطوط افقی تیره سقف سیاه را تکمیل کرده ، خانه را در محیط طبیعی خود تعبیه کرده و تعادل زیبایی بین زیبایی شناسی روستایی و کاملاً مدرن ایجاد می کند.

Project description of The Meadow Home

The design team was inspired by prominent views and beautiful slopes to build a structure on the landscape to minimize its massing on the originally undeveloped site. The home’s L-shaped layout lies low on the brow of a grassy knoll, placed gently into the ground, matching the contours of the hill.  

The home’s main wing boasts a spacious joint kitchen, dining room, and living area whose floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows open to reveal an expansive patio. The home is at once opened to the surrounding landscape, and views of the encompassing prairie, seamlessly merging interior and exterior spaces.  Splayed concrete walls, diminishing in height as they approach the house, direct the gaze to Windy Hill sitting on the western horizon.

The site moves unimpaired through and over the home; a green roof atop the garage acts as an extension of the surrounding prairie, while visually permeable rooms allow the meadow to continuously flow through the home.  The house’s cedar siding, stained a warm grey and complimented by the crisp horizontal lines of the black roof, further embeds the house in its natural surroundings and strikes a beautiful balance between rural and distinctly modern aesthetic.
