توضیحات پروژه نوسازی ساختمان Halle Girard

یک کارخانه سابق با قدمت ۱۸۵۷ ، Halle Girard آخرین جلیقه از گذشته صنعتی منطقه Confluence است. ساختمان اصلی ابعاد دیدنی و معمول معماری صنعتی قرن نوزدهم است. این کارگاه ها با کارگاه های شمال و جنوب و سقف های ریخته شده آنها به هر طرف متصل است. امروز ، Halle در یک نقطه استراتژیک در چیدمان محل تلاقی  ۲ منطقه تجاری همانطور که توسط هرتزوگ و دی میرون طراحی شده است ، در سایت رابط بین توسعه شهر متراکم و مساحت طبیعی که به نوک جنوبی آن وصل خواهد شد واقع شده است.

موضوع ادغام فضاهای کاری جدید و نوآورانه و پشتیبان در دیوارهای تاریخی فروشگاه دیگ بخار سابق بود ، بدون آنکه به خصوصیات ذاتی سالن بزرگ صنعتی ، وحدت آن ، حجم های کلیسای جامع آن ، چارچوب فلزی باریک آن تأثیر بگذارد. به همین دلایل ، این پروژه تنها با ارائه یك پاسخ معماری ساده و مؤثر ، متناسب با مشخصات و پتانسیل های این سالن صنعتی و همچنین كاربردهای نوآورانه در آینده كه ممكن است ظهور شود ، و غیرقابل پیش بینی بودن اكوسیستم دیجیتال ، حداقل كار سخت را انجام می دهد.

پروژه H7 تبدیل این میراث صنعتی به خدمت به روشهای جدید کار ، نشان دهنده دگرگونی ناحیه ی تلاقی به سمت نوآوری و خلاقیت است. افتتاح کارخانه سابق بر روی محیط زیست ، زندگی شهری شهر آینده متراکم و زیر محوطه بزرگ سالن را گسترش می دهد و فروشگاه دیگ بخار سابق را به فضای سبز آینده منطقه کنفنشن باز می کند.

Project description of Halle Girard Building Renovation

A former factory dating from 1857, the Halle Girard is the last vestige of the industrial past of the Confluence district. The main building of spectacular dimensions is typical of 19th-century industrial architecture. It’s flanked either side with the north and south workshops and their shed roofs. Today, the halle is located at a strategic point in the layout of the Confluence commercial zone 2 as designed by Herzog and De Meuron, at the interface between the development of the dense city and the large natural expanse which will join the southern tip of the site.

The issue was the integration of new, innovative work and support spaces into the historic walls of the former boiler shop, without affecting the intrinsic qualities of the large industrial hall, its unity, its cathedral-like volumes, its slender metal framework, and its soft lighting, and without diluting or distorting its history. For these reasons, the project only does the strict minimum by offering a simple and effective architectural response, adapted to the specificities and potential of this industrial hall, as well as the innovative future uses which may emerge, and the unpredictability of the digital ecosystem.

The H7 project constitutes the transformation of this industrial heritage to service new ways of working,

emblematic of the metamorphosis of the Confluence district towards innovation and creativity. Opening the former factory onto the environment extends the urban life of the dense future city,

under the great nave of the hall, and to open the former boiler shop onto the future green space of the Confluence district.
