توضیحات پروژه رستوران پارت دیو

در لیون ، فرم و بوم اولین رستوران موقتی و برگشت پذیر را در یکی از بزرگترین مراکز خرید فرانسه ، لا پارت دیو طراحی کردند. رستوران پارت دیو ، جزء اصلی غذاهای خیابانی پاریسی است که در سال ۲۰۱۵ در بلوار دوبلور آغاز شد ، به تازگی در طبقه همکف مرکز خرید لا پارت دیو در لیون نقل مکان کرده است. این یک سال خواهد ماند ، به عنوان یک تیزر برای یک رستوران بزرگتر که قرار است در سال ۲۰۲۰ افتتاح شود. با الهام از لوله های فولادی مزین به غرفه های بازار مسافرتی فرانسه ، معماران فضایی غافلگیرکننده ایجاد کرده اند: یک داربست غول پیکر در کل فضای رستوران پرده می رود.

طراحی پروژه

طراحی و ساخته شده با هدف زباله صفر ، کلیه مسالح قابل جابجایی و بازیافت است. داربست های سایت ساختمان ، به مدت یک سال اجاره داده می شود تا متناسب با مدت زمان پروژه رستوران پارت دیو ، قاب بی نظیری برای آرایش داخلی باشد. یقه های بست به طور مستقیم به سازه پیچ می شوند که باعث می شود مبلمان به طور مستقیم به آن متصل شود: غرفه های نمایش ، میله ، پیشخوان ، میز ، قفسه ، طبقه های بلند و غیره. پارتیشن های ساخته شده از پرده عمودی بر روی شبکه فلزی پخش می شوند. به منظور تقسیم فضا و ایجاد صمیمیت. 

صندلی های طراحی شده توسط “حداکثر” از زباله های پلاستیکی بازیافت شده تنها عناصری هستند که به راحتی در اطراف خود حرکت می کنند. هر صندلی مانند هر میز بی نظیر است. طراحی هندسه متغیر آنها از کدهای سنتی رستوران های همجوار فاصله می گیرد.

معماران آرزو می کنند از طریق طراحی یک نصب موقت قادر به حرکت بدون ترک اثری از ارزش های رستوران دفاع کنند: یک موج شوک واقعی که دارای رنگ های اطمینان ، برگشت پذیری و توسعه پایدار است.

Project description of Food Market Part-Dieu

In Lyon, Forme and Boman design the 1st temporary and reversible food court in one of the biggest shopping centers in France, La Part-Dieu. Le Food Market, the staple of Parisian street food launched in 2015 on the boulevard de Belleville, has just moved into the ground-floor of the La Part Dieu shopping center in Lyon. It will stay for a year, as a teaser for a bigger food court scheduled to open in 2020. Inspired by the emblematic steel tubes of French travelling market stalls, the architects have created a surprising atmosphere: a gigantic csaffold unfolds in the entire restaurant space.

Design of project

Designed and built with a zero waste objective, the entirety of the installation is removable and recyclable. The building site scaffolding, rented for a year to fit the duration of Le Food Market’s project, is the unique frame for the interior arrangement. The clamping collars are screwed directly into the structure which allows for the furniture to be attached directly to it : display stands, bars, counters, tables, shelves, raised floors etc. The partitions, made from vertical blinds, spread out on the metallic grid in order to segment the space and create intimacy.

The chairs, designed by “Maximum” from recycled plastic waste are the only elements that are free to move around. Every chair is unique as is every table. Their variable-geometry design breaks away from the traditional codes of the neighboring restaurants.

The architects wish to defend the values of Le Food Market through the design of a temporary installation capable of moving without leaving a trace: a virtuous shock wave bearing the colours of conviviality, reversibility and sustainable development.
