توضیحات پروژه پارک ماشین ویکتورهوگو

هدف از این پروژه نوسازی و گسترش پارکینگ ویکتورهوگو در تولوز واز جمله الگوی گردش جدید و یک سیستم پارکینگ مدرن است . پارکینگ ویکتور هوگو در نزدیکی میدان ویلسون نه چندان دور از میدان کاپیتول، در مرکز تاریخی تولوز واقع شده است. در نزدیکی مناطق عمده خرید ، به ویژه غم و اندوه الساس لورن ، از موقعیت مکانی مطلوب برخوردار است. از نظر تاریخی ، این سایت “بازار چوب” بود و سالها به عنوان بازاری برای چوب و خوراک حیوانات و بعداً به عنوان بازار کک فعالیت می کرد. در سال ۱۸۸۶ ، این بازار پس از نویسنده فرانسوی ویکتور هوگو تغییر نام یافت. تا سال ۱۸۹۲ ، بخشی از شبکه ای از سه سالن بازاری فلزی بود که در خدمت شهر بودند: ویکتور هوگو ، لس کارمس و سن سیپریین. از میان این سه ، ویکتور هوگو بزرگترین و مدرن ترین بود.

طراحی پروژه پارکینگ ویکتورهوگو

ساختار جدید توسط معمار پیر لافیس طراحی شده است ، این سازه جدید توسط معمار پیر لافیس ، بومی تولوز و همکار شرکت معماری گنارد طراحی شده است. طراحی آن تقریباً در جنبش مدرن ، هم به زبان معماری و هم در رابطه با شهر ، قرار دارد. در نیمه راه بین ماشین و مین ماس ، ساختمان نه تنها برای ذخیره اتومبیل بلکه برای قرار دادن آنها در هنگام گردش و بالا و پایین در خدمت است. ریتم اتومبیل های پارک شده به شکل خط نما نمایان شده است که به نوبه خود ریتم پنجره ها و بالکن های ساختمان های اطراف را به یاد می آورد. عکاس دیوزااید مجموعه ای از تصاویر این پروژه را ضبط کرد که در پیچیدگی هندسی آنها با نقاشی های وازارلی قابل مقایسه است.

طراحی داخلی پارکینگ ویکتورهوگو

پله و آسانسور برای بازگشت به سادگی و انعطاف پذیری طرح اصلی یکسان با ساختمان در بتن پیش ساخته سفید پیچیده شده است. سطح عمودی با شکاف های افقی سوراخ می شود تکرار شکافهای عمودی که از نمای رمپهای پارکینگ دیده میشود. در شب ، شکافها از پشت روشن می شوند تا به طور واضح ورود به پارکینگ را نشان دهند. برای رانندگان ، رمپ اتومبیل دو طرفه موجود با شکل مارپیچ دوبل آن ، چالش برانگیز و ناخواسته به نظر می رسید ، و فضای پارکینگ با اندازه وسایل نقلیه مدرن سازگار نیست. با استفاده مجدد از الگوی گردش و فضاهای پارکینگ ، تعداد فضاهای پارکینگ از ۶۷۰ به ۴۱۹ کاهش یافته است. تغییرات شامل تخریب و بازسازی ورودی جنوبی و برعکس جهت تردد وسایل نقلیه برای ورودی ها و خروجی های  پارکینگ میشود.

Project description of Victor Hugo Car Park

The project’s objective is to renovate and expand a car park in Toulouse, including a new circulation pattern and a modernized parking system. The Victor Hugo “Market-Car Park” is situated near Place Wilson, not far from Place du Capitole, in the historic center of Toulouse. It enjoys a favorable location near major shopping areas, especially the rue Alsace Lorraine. Historically, the site was home to the “Wood Market”, and served over the years as a market for wood and animal feed and later as a flea market. In 1886, the market was renamed after the French writer Victor Hugo. By 1892, it was part of a network of three metal-framed market halls serving the city: Victor Hugo, Les Carmes, and Saint-Cyprien. Of the three, Victor Hugo was the largest and most modern.

design of project

The new structure was designed by the architect Pierre Lafitte,

a native of Toulouse and an associate at the architecture firm Génard. Its design places it squarely within the modern movement, both in its architectural language and in its relationship to the city. Halfway between machine and landmass,

the building serves not only to store cars but also to put them on display as they circulate up and down. The rhythm of the parked cars is reflected in the serrated form of the façade, which in turn recalls the rhythm of the windows and balconies of the surrounding buildings. The photographer Dieuzaide captured a series of images of the project that can be compared in their geometric complexity to the paintings of Vasarely.

Interior design

The stair and elevator are wrapped in white prefabricated concrete, identical to the existing building,

in a return to the simplicity and plasticity of the original design. The vertical plane is punctured by horizontal slits,

echoing the vertical slits that screen the parking ramps from view. At night, the slits are lit from behind to clearly mark the entry of the car park. For drivers, the existing two-way car ramp with its double-helix shape proved challenging and unintuitive,

and the parking spaces were ill-adapted to the size of modern vehicles.

A full reworking of the circulation pattern and the parking spaces led to the number of parking spaces being reduced from 670 to 419. The changes include the demolition and reconstruction of the south entrance and a reversal of the direction of vehicle traffic for the parking entrances and exits.
