مشخصات پروژه خانه مرکب ساگاپوناک

طراحی شده توسط Blaze Makoid Architecture با فضای داخلی توسط Purvi Padia Design ، ااین ۱۷،۰۰۰ خانواده فوت مربعی در یک زمین ، چهار و نیم هکتار در همپتون با منظره Sagg Pond واقع شده است. به عنوان “دیوار باغ” تصور می شد كه این منظره به “ساختمانهای داخلی” با الهام از كشاورزی متصل می شود. “دیوار باغ شامل ورودی اصلی خانه و اتاقهای نشیمن و غذاخوری است. این خانه شامل بال خانوادگی ، بال مهمان ، اتاق بازی ، خانه استخر و گاراژ آزاد است.

اتاق ها

در این طرح تضادهای روستایی و لوکس ، گاه به گاه با رسمی ، مدرن در مقابل سنتی بررسی شده است. این دوگانگی از نزدیک شروع می شود و در زیر کوچه ای از درختان ، از طریق علفزارهای علفهای بومی رانده می شود. این کنتراست به ویژه در الگوی مصالح بیرونی وجود دارد که از تکنیک های ساختمانی دیرپا که در سازه های بام ساده استفاده شده اند الهام گرفته شده است ، اما در عین حال ترکیب این مواد ساختمانهای بسیار مدرن را تشکیل می دهد. مواد عمده چوب ساده ، کلاسیک از جنس سدر ، سنگ و شیشه است و در داخل و خارج رخ می دهد.

تضاد دیگر رخ می دهد – این با پیاده روی ، در طول یک مسیر سنگی قرار دارد که در یک استخر بازتاب دهنده بزرگ تا ورودی اصلی شناور است. برای ایجاد یک احساس تفریحی مانند ، Blaze Makoid Architecture ورودی اصلی را به عنوان یک لابی بلند طراحی کرده است ، که در طی ماه های تابستان از جلو تا عقب باز است و درهای ورودی در هر دو اتاق نشیمن و طرف بال های مهمان خانه قرار دارند. با پیشرفت ماه ها به سمت هوای بیشتر ، این درها به جیب می شوند و درهای قبلاً بلااستفاده در دهانه های جلو و عقب بسته می شوند و خانه را به ترتیب سنتی تر تبدیل می کنند.

اتاق ها

اتاق رسمی و ناهارخوری که دیوار باغ را اشغال می کند از یک دیوار پرده شیشه ای یک و نیم طبقه از دو طرف استفاده می کند و فقط توسط اسکله های سنگی قطع می شود. یک محفظه سقف پوشیده از سدر و به نظر می رسد که در بالای ساختار شیشه و سنگ زیر آن شناور است ، فقط توسط چند ستون پشتیبانی می شود ، که درون فضا پنهان شده اند. فضاهای بیرون از منزل مانند یک غرفه ناهار خوری غربال شده ، یک سالن تراس فضای مجلل ، صندلی زیر یک بوفه و فضای استخر و آبگرم ارتباطی بین فضای بیرون از خانه و در عین حال فضاهای داخلی به چشم انداز متصل است.

project description of Sagaponack Compound House

 Designed by Blaze Makoid Architecture with interiors by Purvi Padia Design, this 17,000 square foot family compound is located on a flat, four-and-a-half-acre flag lot in the Hamptons with views of Sagg Pond. It was conceived of as a ‘garden wall’ in that the landscape connects agrarian inspired ‘outbuildings.’  The garden wall comprises the main entrance to the house, as well as the living and dining rooms.  The outbuildings contain a family wing, guest wing, game room, pool house, and freestanding garage.    

materials

The design explores the contrasts of rustic and luxury, casual with formal, modern versus traditional.  This dichotomy begins at the approach and drive under an alley of trees, through a meadow of native grasses.  The contrast notably is present in the palette of exterior materials, inspired by longstanding construction techniques being utilized on simple gabled roofed structures, and yet the compositions of these materials form very modern buildings. Major materials are simple and classic– cedar wood, stone and glass, and occur inside and out.  

Another contrast occurs– this by foot, along a stone path appearing to float across a large reflecting pool to the main entry.  To create a resort-like feel, Blaze Makoid Architecture designed the main entry as a tall ‘lobby,’ which during summer months remains open from front to back, with entry doors located on both the living room and guest wing sides of the house.  As the months’ progress to more inclement weather, these doors are tucked into pockets and the previously unused doors at the front and rear openings are then closed, organizing the house into a more traditional sequence.

rooms

The formal living and dining room that occupy the garden wall take advantage of a one and half story glass curtain wall on both sides and are only interrupted by stone piers.  A cedar clad roof cantilevers and appears to float above the glass and stone structure below, supported only by a few columns, hidden inside the space.  Outdoor spaces such as a screened dining pavilion, a terraced lounge, a seating area under a bosque, and the pool and spa link spaces between the outbuildings, while connecting interior spaces to the landscape.
