توضیحات پروژه سینما در ریوم

پروژه جدید چند سینما در سایت آینده “Jardin de la Culture” در نزدیکی مرکز تاریخی ریوم برگزار می شود. زمانی این محوطه فرهنگی ، “باغ صومعه Redemptoristine” بود. در حال حاضر ، برنامه جدید ارائه می دهد: یک پروژه کتابخانه چند رسانه ای ، یک مدرسه موسیقی (بازگرداندن صومعه قدیمی) و پروژه سینما. برای این پروژه ، ما با همکاری انجمن های Riom Limagne et Volcans و Frédéric Emile ، اپراتور کار کرده ایم. این پروژه در ۳ اتاق سینما با ۵۴۳ صندلی و یک اتاق کنفرانس ۱۱۲ صندلی تشکیل شده است.

طراحی پروژه سینما در ریوم

حجم اول ارتفاع خود را از دیواره محوطه موجود میگیرد. سازنده دیوار موجود ، “سنگ ولوویچ” ماده ای را ارائه می دهد که می تواند به عنوان سنگدانه های بزرگ برای بتن بادبان های خارجی و با حجم کم مورد استفاده مجدد قرار گیرد. با یک رنگ تیره درمان می شود ، نما به صورت جزئی پوشش داده میشود و در ارتفاعات متغیر اجازه می دهد دوباره توده ظاهر شود و قطعات سنگی دیوار قدیمی سنگ تراشی سنتی را برانگیخته است. بدین ترتیب این نما ردپای تاریخ جدیدی از مکان را نشان می دهد و با استفاده از گفتگوی زیبایی شناختی خود ، استفاده از یک ماده هویت محلی را به روش معاصر تفسیر می کند.

طراحی حجم دوم

حجم دوم با مقیاس مشخص و نسبت ها ، خود را به عنوان یک سیگنال شهری در بالای مقر که توسط دیوار تزیین شده است تحمیل می کند. یک مونولیت سفید بتونی که در توده رنگ شده است با شکنندگی ظاهری ، قوسهای پشت سر هم ، مقابل “فرهنگ ژاردین لا لا” و “کوئنتس د ردمپتورستین ها” از زمین پشتیبانی می کند. این هویت ، تصویر خیالی یک ایوان اطراف یک نقشه ی مربع را تقویت می کند. این تقسیم حجمی با قدم زدن ، گالری بزرگ سالن سینما را به بیرون باز می کند. دعوت نامه ترتیب داده شده: از میان این درهای یادبود بروید ، این فضای زندگی را با نور پر کنید.

یک سالن نمایشگاهی بزرگ ، دارای حجم ورودی باشکوه است. این حخم بطور گسترده روی “فرهنگ جاردین لا لا” باز می شود. این فضای بزرگ توسط یک گالری فضای باز پوشش داده شده که توسط قوس ها سوراخ شده گسترش می یابد. برای دسترسی به سینما ، تماشاگر از یک راهرو عبور میکند که در اطراف سالن کنفرانس طراحی شده است. این طرح برنامه مدیریت جریان بینندگان را با ارائه یک مسیر با کیفیت در مورد موضوع جهان سینما ارائه میدهد.

Project description of Cinema de Riom

The new multi-cinema project takes place in the future site of the “Jardin de la Culture” close to the historical city center of Riom. Once this cultural enclosure, was the “Redemptoristine convent’s garden”.Nowadays, this new program offers: a multimedia library project, a music school (reconversion of old convent) and the cinema project. For this project, we have worked in collaboration with the communes’s community of Riom Limagne et Volcans and Frédéric Emile, the operator. This project consists in 3 cinema’s room with 543 seats and a 112 seats conference room.

Design of project

A first volume borrows his height from the wall of the existing enclosure. Constitutive of the existing wall, “Volvic stone” offers a material available to be reused as large aggregates for the concrete of the outer sails of the first low volume. Treated in a dark hue, the facade will be finally bushed partially, at variable heights letting reappear in his mass, the stone fragments of the old wall evoking traditional masonry. The facade thus marks the footprints of a new history of the place and reinterprets in a contemporary way the use of a local identity material, by having their aesthetic dialogue.

A second volume with marked scale and proportions, imposes itself as an urban signal above the seat orchestrated by the wall. A concrete white monolith dyed in the mass comes to take support on the ground,

by an apparent fragility, on a succession of arches, in front of the

“Jardin de la Culture” and the “couvent des Redemptoristines”. This identity strengthens the fantasized image of a cloister around the large plant parvis. This volumetric division in foot opens generously the large gallery of the cinema hall to the outside. The invitation is made: Go through these monumental doors, bathing this living space with light

A large exhibition hall, offers a majestic input volume. This one opens very largely on the “Jardin de la Culture”. This generous and continuous space is extended by a covered outdoor gallery perforated by the arches. To access at movie theater, the spectator borrows a hallway, which is articulated around the conference room. This plan’s organization manage viewers flows by proposing a quality path around the topic of the cinema’s world.
