توضیحات پروژه گروه مدارس پاستور

این ساختمان در لیمیل- Brevannes ، نزدیک پاریس واقع شده است. از سه پیش دبستانی و دو مدرسه ابتدایی تشکیل شده است. از آنجا که روش راه اندازی به اصطلاح سیستم مفهومی-ساختمانی استفاده می شود ، جایی که تیم های رقابت ، همه برنامه ها و ساخت و ساز را با قیمت ثابت پیشنهاد می کنند. در کنار مدارس ، یک آپارتمان مسکن اجتماعی با ۴۶ آپارتمان در برنامه مسابقه گنجانده شده است. زمان مسابقه یک ماه بود. این تصمیم برای برنده در آوریل ۲۰۱۱ گرفته شد و افتتاح این ساختمان ۱۸ ماه بعد برگزار شد. ساخت آپارتمان از آوریل آینده آغاز می شود.

شهردار شهر از نظر سیاسی چپ و متعهد به مسائل پایدار است. او می خواست مدرسه های چوبی داشته باشد و ملاک اصلی آن برای او مهمترین معیار بود که در هنگام انتخاب ، مسائل شهری داشت.

ما به عنوان معمار ، ما دو اثر را در کار دیدیم:

۱. ساختمان جدید به معنای اساسی در تعریف مجدد فضای شهری آینده مرکز شهر خواهد بود. شهربازی در شمال با ساختمان روبرو است و در کنار آن “پزشکی” قرار خواهد گرفت. ضلع جنوبی به مربعی متصل خواهد شد که توسط ساختمانهای آپارتمانی جدید تشکیل شده است. تفاوت عرض جغرافیایی از شمال به جنوب ۴ متر است. در ضلع غربی آن ، این سایت به پارچه خانه های شخصی متصل شده است. امروزه منطقه پراکنده است و ما می خواستیم به فضاهای دقیقاً شکل یافته شهری برسیم. منطقه برنامه شهری داشت اما پیشنهاد ما با آن بسیار متفاوت بود.

۲. به عنوان یک ساختمان مدرسه ، یکی از بزرگترین آنها در فرانسه است ، حدود ۱۰۰۰ دانش آموز. ما می خواستیم برای هر مدرسه ای هویت و جامعه خود را در قالب کلی بزرگ ایجاد کنیم. هر مدرسه در حیاط خاص خود گروه بندی می شود. مدارس از نظر ساختاری کلاس بسیار سنتی هستند. آنها یک رستوران و کتابخانه مشترک دارند ، اما هدف این بود که هر مدرسه باید امپراتوری خودش باشد. هدف ما اتصال فضاهای داخلی و خارجی به صورت یکپارچه بود. از آنجا که روش ساخت (Lingnotrend) ، مدیر برنامه ریزی منطقی است.

Project description of Groupe Scolaire Pasteur

The building is located in Limeil-Brevannes, near Paris. It consists of three preschools and of two elementary schools. As the method of commissioning was used so called “conception-construction” system, where the competition teams propose both all plans and the construction on fixed price. Beside schools, an apartment building of social housing of 46 flats was included to the competition program. Time for the competition was one month. The decision for the winner was made in April 2011 and the inauguration of the building was held 18 months later. The construction of the apartment building starts in next April.

The mayor of the city is politically left and committed with sustainable issues. He wanted to have wooden schools and it was for him the main criteria, with urban issues when making the choice.

As architects, we saw two issues in the work:
۱. The new building would have crucial meaning in redefining the future urban space of the city centre. The town hall is facing the building in north and beside it will be the “mediatheque”. The southern side will be connected to a square formed by new apartment buildings. The difference in latitude from north to south is 4 meters. By its western side, the site connected to private house fabric. Nowadays, the area is scattered and we wanted to achieve precisely formed urban spaces. The area had the urban plan, but our proposal was very different from it.

۲. As a school building, it is one of the biggest in France, around 1000 pupils. We wanted to create for every school its own identity and its own community in the big overall frame. Each school is grouped around its own courtyard. The schools are principally very traditional following classroom structure. They have a common restaurant and library, but the will was that every school ought to be its own empire. Our goal was to connect inner and outer spaces seamlessly. Because the way of construction ( Lingnotrend ), the planning principal is rationalistic.
