توضیحات پروژه کاخ  کنگره و کازینو کاپ دآگد

بین زمین و دریا ، بین باغچه نشیمن ، بلوندر و آسمان ، بین مواد معدنی و ارگانیک: تولد یک مرکز شهری جدید اتفاق افتاده است. A + Architecture به تازگی بازسازی منطقه جدیدی را در دروازه Cap d’Agde به اتمام رسانده است. آژانس همچنین دو تأسیسات اصلی کازینو و کاخ کنگره را تکمیل کرده است که مانند دو مروارید بتونی سفید میدرخشند و نشانه تجدید این منطقه هستند.

ارتباط بین فضاها

یک تفرجگاه گسترده که با شیبی آرام آنها را به بندر پیوند می دهد ، قلب این شهر ساحلی است که توسط ژان لو کوتور در طول ماموریت راسین ایجاد شده است. کاخ کنگره به عنوان نمادی از توسعه ، ویترین جدید محل رفت آمد شده است. این مجموعه با مجموعه ای از گردشگاه های مدور به کازینو متصل می شود ، یک میدان عابر پیاده سه بعدی فوق العاده و بی سابقه ای را ارائه می دهد که همچنین یک ارتباط یکپارچه بین قسمت تفریحی ساحلی جدید در اگد و شهر تاریخی آن که در چند کیلومتری آن واقع شده است ، ایجاد می کند.

طراحی پروژه

تالار کاخ با بیش از سه سطح گسترش یافته است که هر سه آن به یکی از گذرگاه های بادی متصل می شوند. یک سازمان فضایی بسیار بازیگوش ، امکان دسترسی آسان از داخل و خارج ، پیاده یا دوچرخه را به کلیه خدمات تسهیلات فراهم می کند: لابی ، سالن نمایشگاه ، دفاتر ، سالن اجتماعات و سالن اجتماعات با ظرفیت صندلی ۱۲۰۰ ، جایی که آبی فیروزه ای تنها رنگ به کار رفته در این مجموعه سفید ، موج های مدیترانه را برانگیخته است.

یک مربع بزرگ و به آرامی شیب دار روی سقف مجتمع قرار دارد. در بالای سایت و از یک طرف بلند ، یک اتاق پانوراما ، که شکل آن سولن را بیرون می کشد (یک پوسته دو قلو که معمولاً پوسته تیغ نامیده می شود) ، منظره ای استثنایی از کل منظره اطراف آن ارائه می دهد.

در همکاری نزدیک با  A+Architecture، هرو دی رزا ، هنرمند اهل سیته با موضوع دریا در یک راه بد برای طراحی مجسمه مش فلزی سفید ۲۹۰۰ متر مربع که دو ساختمان این belvedere بین زمین ، دریا و آسمان را پوشانده است.

Project description of Palais des Congrès & Casino Cap d’Agde

Between land and sea, between living garden, belvedere and sky, between mineral and organic: the birth of a new urban center. A+Architecture has just completed the redevelopment of a new district at the gates of Cap d’Agde. The agency has also completed two major facilities which, like two white concrete pearls, signal the renewal of this of this area, the Palais des Congrès and the Casino.

Communication between spaces

A vast gently sloping promenade links them to the port, the heart of this seaside town created by Jean Le Couteur during the Racine mission. Emblematic of the development, the Palais des Congrès has become the resort’s new showcase. Connected to the Casino by a set of circular walkways, the complex offers a formidable and unprecedented three-dimensional pedestrian square that also creates a seamless connection between the new seaside resort in Agde and its historic town located a few kilometres inland.

Design of project

The Palais hall extends over three levels, all three of which connect to one of the winding walkways. A very playful spatial organisation allows easy access from inside and outside, on foot or by bicycle, to all the facility’s services: lobby, exhibition hall, offices, meeting rooms and an auditorium with a seating capacity of 1,200, where turquoise blue, the only accent colour in this white complex, evokes the waves of the Mediterranean.

A large, gently sloping square is on the roof of the complex. Perched high above the site and on one side, a panoramic room, whose shape evokes a Solen (a bivalve shell commonly called a razor shell), offers exceptional views of the entire surrounding landscape.

In close collaboration with A+Architecture, Hervé di Rosa, an artist from Sète, played with the theme of the seabed in a mischievous way to design the 2,900 m2 white metal mesh sculpture that covers the two buildings of this belvedere between land, sea and sky.
