مشخصات پروژه توانبخشی مدرسه کوروتزیاگا

این مسابقه شامل توانبخشی انرژی زا و برنامه ریزی مجدد ساختمان پیش دبستانی بود تا بتواند آنرا با روش جدید آموزشی که در این مرکز کاشته می شود تطبیق دهد.ساختمان اصلی سال ۱۹۷۴ توسط معماران Arechavaleta و Uriarte ، از چراغهای بزرگ خطی به سمت شرق تشکیل شده است و در حجمی پله ای سازمان یافته است. فضای داخلی توسط یک شبستان مرکزی بزرگ در دو طبقه و چند کلاس درس ۴۵ متر مربع در بال شرقی (۱ ارتفاع) و بال غربی (۲ طبقه) ساخته شده است. این ساختمان که از نظر معماری بسیار ارزشمندی دارد ، برای انطباق با سیستم جدید آموزشی ، بیش از اندازه محصور شده است و مشکلات راحتی حرارتی و صوتی را به وجود آورده است.

تقسیم فضا

این پروژه می بایست ایجاد فضاهای بزرگ و چند منظوره بزرگ و بزرگ را با کلاسهای کلاسیک پاسخ دهد که به مطالبات وضع شده توسط قوانین آموزش و پرورش انفجاری پاسخ می دهند (۱ کلاس برای هر ۲۵ دانش آموز ، کلاسهای آموزشی ۵۰ متر مربع …).این مداخله شامل طراحی برخی اشیاء چند منظوره بود که به دلیل قرارگیری و عناصر موجود در آنها ، قادر به ساختن و تقسیم فضا ، برآورده کردن نیازهای خاص در هر منطقه هستند.

با هر عنصر به عنوان یک تکه مبلمان که می تواند چندین پاسخ عملکردی داشته باشد ، برخورد شده است. به این ترتیب ، بخش های ثابت ، متشکل از نمایش از طریق صفحه نمایش ، به قفل های هر دانش آموز تبدیل می شوند. غرفه ها در همان زمان کمد هستند. حجم کارگاه / توالت به عنوان پشتیبانی از ۸ پارتیشن موبایل است که اجازه می دهد تا ده ها تن از تنظیمات مکانی.

استراتژی ماده شامل ایجاد یک ظرف بزرگ خنثی و سفید است که در آن اشیاء ساخته شده از چوب کاج چند لایه و تخته سه لایی توس قرار می گیرد. اتمسفری که بهینه سازی نور طبیعی و احساس پناهندگی و آرامش را به دنبال داشته باشد.

Project Rehabilitation of the Kurutziaga School

The contest consisted of energetically rehabilitating and programmatically reorganizing the preschool building, in order to adapt it to the new pedagogical method that is being implanted in the center.The original building of 1974 by architects Arechavaleta and Uriarte, is composed of large linear skylights oriented to the east and organized in a stepped volumetry. The interior space was structured by a large central nave in double height and several classrooms of 45 m2 in the east wing (1 height) and west wing (2 floors). The building, of great architectural value, was too compartmentalized to adapt to the new pedagogical system and presented problems of thermal and acoustic comfort.

The project had to combine the creation of big open multifunctional spaces, with classic classrooms that responded to the demands imposed by the inforced education laws (1 classroom for every 25 students, 50 m2 classrooms …).The intervention consisted of designing some multifunctional objects, which, due to their placement and the elements they incorporate, are able to structure and divide the space, satisfying specific requirements in each area.

Each element has been treated as a piece of furniture capable of incorporating several functional responses. In this way, the fixed divisions, composed of see through screens, turn into the lockers of each student. The stands are at the same time cupboards. The workshop / toilet volumes serve as support for 8 mobile partitions that allow dozens of spatial configurations.

The material strategy consisted in the creation of a large neutral and white container where the objects made of laminated pine wood and birch plywood are inserted. An atmosphere that optimizes natural lighting and the feeling of shelter and tranquility has been sought.
