مدیر Q توسط دو طرف مشاغل ادغام می شود که به ندرت با آن ملاقات می کنند: دفتر فناوری اطلاعات پیشرفته فناوری اطلاعات با روزانه تمیز کردن و مدیریت دفتر. دفتر مدیر عامل Q واقع در SoHo ، نیویورک ، به گونه ای طراحی شده است که مارک Q را مستقیماً منعکس کند: تأکید بر کار سخت و یک محیط کار فراگیر و دعوت کننده.MBQ-HQ جدید که در حدود دو ایده اصلی ، فضای اداری انعطاف پذیر و برنامه خاص دیوار طراحی شده است ، توازنی را ایجاد می کند که باعث اصلی بودن نام تجاری MBQ می شود:
دفتری که توانایی تکامل و تغییر روزانه و در عین حال حفظ هویت اصلی طراحی آن در کل فضای اصلی ، مواد طبیعی و مجموعه ای از اشیاء قابل انعطاف و قابل اجرا ، فضای داخلی سبک و بازیگوش را امکان پذیر می سازند که می تواند در هر لحظه معین در مقیاس های بزرگتر و کوچکتر تغییر کند. فضای اداری منعطف اجازه می دهد تا مداوم و جریان مداوم فعالیت در طول روز باشد که تنها عنصر ثابت آن ایستگاه Q است که به صورت مرکزی قرار گرفته است ، یک میز نشست و میز پذیرایی که به عنوان یک بستر برای تنوع در اطراف آن عمل می کنند.
نکته اصلی طراحی
HQ یک ۳۰،۰۰۰ SF ، طبقه کامل است که در گوشه خیابان ششم و خیابان بهاری در SoHo ، نیویورک واقع شده است.دارای پنجره هایی در ضلع جنوبی ، شرقی و غربی است در حالی که ورودی اصلی واقع در دیوار غربی باز می شود و به هسته آسانسور جدیدی دسترسی پیدا می کند. نکته اصلی در طراحی مدیریت شده توسط Q-HQ انعطاف پذیری است
– ایجاد طرحی که مارک امروزی را همانگونه که امروزه می ایستد تعریف کند و در عین حال امکان توسعه و تکامل شرکت را نیز در طول زمان فراهم می کند. برای اجازه دادن به این سطح از انعطاف پذیری ، صفحه کف به سه منطقه مجزا تقسیم می شود. هر یک از سه منطقه جنبه های خاصی از برنامه کلی را تعریف و بهینه می کند در حالی که همزمان فرصت های جدیدی برای تعامل فراهم می کند.

Managed by Q merges two sides of a business that rarely meet: the high tech IT headquarters with the daily grit of office cleaning and management. Located in SoHo, New York, the Managed By Q HQ office is designed to reflect the Q brand directly: emphasizing simultaneously hard work and an inclusive and inviting office environment.Designed around two main ideas, the flexible office space and the program specific wall, the new MBQ-HQ creates a balance that caters to core of the MBQ brand: an office that has the ability to evolve and change on a daily basis while still maintaining its core design identity.

Throughout the main space, natural materials and an array of flexible and operable objects allow for a light and playful interior that can change at any given moment on both larger and smaller scales. The flexible office space allows for a continuous ebb and flow of activity throughout the day with the only fixed element being the centrally placed Q station, a combined standing meeting and reception desk that act as a fulcrum for the diversity around it.The Q-HQ is a 30,000 SF, full-floor located at the corner of Sixth Avenue and Spring Street in SoHo, New York.
The floor has windows on the South, East and West sides while the main entry situated on the west wall opens creates access to a new elevator core. The key to the design
The key to the design of the Managed by Q-HQ is flexibility – creating a design that both defines the brand as it stands today while also providing possibilities for the company to expand and evolve over time. To allow for this level of flexibility, the floor plate was divided into three distinct zones: The Core, The Actors and The Exchange. Each of the three zones defines and optimizes specific aspects of the overall program while simultaneously providing new opportunities for interaction.To maximize flexibility, the office is designed as a series of specific elements that occupies each zone of the plan and each element is optimized to maximize possibilities for flexibility at a variety of scales. While each element has a primary function, the interplay between elements create ever evolving possibilities of how to work, engage, meet and play.
