مشخصات پروژه نوسازی کاستیلین۸۱

نیازی به گفتن نیست ، مسئولیت بزرگی که در بازسازی نماد معماری معاصر قرن بیستم به وجود آمده است ، برای ما این بوده است که برای هر یک از قسمت های این ساختمان باشکوه احترام و تحسین حداکثری داشته باشیم. در نتیجه کارهایی که انجام شده است ، قسمتهای نهفته ساختمان که تقریباً ۴۰ سال پوشانده شده و یا دگرگون شده بودند ، بازیابی شده اند ، با وسواس مشاهده تکینگی ساختمان ، محافظت از جو و مصالح آن ، ساختن آن پایدارتر و در دسترس تر ، و براساس ماژولی که با آن ساخته شده ، با جدیت کار می کنیم. جستجوی چنین نسبت ایده آل در ابتدای پروژه ضروری بود و واحد اندازه گیری لازم را نشان داد: “پای فیل” که با ۳۳ سانتی متر خود ، یک دهم بیشتر از پای کلاسیک است.

حفظ جو اصلی

هر طرحی در پروژه با روشی تقریبا وسواسی در معرض آن واحد قرار گرفته است. نما ، نقشه های کف ، پله ها ، بخش ها ، سقف ها ، کف ، نورپردازی … کاملاً همه چیز در معرض این نسبت دقیق قرار گرفت. به طور هم زمان ، کلیه سقف آکوستیک آن ، بافت های دیواری ، هوای دلپذیر ، کفهای با رنگ خنثی ، نوع شناسی سازه و غیره همه مورد توجه قرار گرفتند ، با هدف حفظ جو اصلی ، فضاهای جدید مکانی استثنایی برای کار در داخل ساختمان واقعاً استثنایی. بدون شک ، هر قسمت از ساختمان یک شاهکار معماری است. راه رسیدن به زمین ، تماس آن ، نما های آن با ارتفاع ۱.۹۸ متر گرانش است و بسیار با شکوه است.

طراحی مجدد باغ محیط به منظور برجسته کردن این ژست فوق العاده ظریف ضروری است. ورود به ساختمان چیزی جز تجربه برجسته دیگر نیست. استراتژی مداخله در لابی اصلی به منظور بازیابی سیالیت ورودی اصلی بود. احیای ناحیه مزانشینی ، از بین بردن تمام عناصر اضافه شده در طول سالها ، تبدیل آن به یک فضای شفاف و باز که در آن مبلمان با مصالح اصلی در تعامل است ، باعث می شود فضایی از دست رفته خود و منظر عرضی لابی به بیرون بازیابی شود. برای رسیدن به این هدف ، باید سقف کاذب در این طبقه به سطح اصلی خود بازگردد.

همچنین لازم بود مجدداً نمای ساختمان سازه بتونی ، از بین بردن پارتیشن های اضافه شده ، ریکاوری نرده های شیشه ای و همچنین بازگرداندن فن کویل های قرمز و تراز کردن دو شفت بزرگ با شیشه سیاه انجام شود. مجموع این مداخلات به درجه بزرگی از بازتابی از نور منتقل می شود که از خارج در جهت های بی شماری فیلتر شده است.

هسته ی ارتباطی

هسته های ارتباطی کاملاً بازیافت شدند و مواد اصلی را که پس از سالها استفاده جایگزین شده بودند ، دوباره تولید کردند. با توجه به طبقه زیرزمین ، کل منطقه طبق معیارهای عملکرد ، همزمانی استفاده ها ، تطبیق پذیری و انعطاف پذیری ، متشکل از سالن های جلسات جدید و یک منطقه فیزیوتراپی طراحی شده است. آخر ، سیستم نمای کاملاً نوسازی شده است. با این حال ، هیچ بخشی از طراحی اصلی تغییر نکرد. همانطور که توضیح داده شد ، هر یک از جنبه های بنا به دقت حفظ شده است و از این اثر هنری درخشان ، رسا و زیبا محافظت می کند.

Project Specifications of Castellana 81 Renovation

 Needless to say, the great responsibility entailed in renovating the 20th-century contemporary architecture icon, has meant for us ensuring maximum respect and admiration for each and every part of this magnificent building. As a result of the works carried out,

 the hidden parts of the building, which had been covered or transformed over almost 40 years have been recovered, obsessively observing the building’s singularity, protecting its atmospheres and materials, making it more sustainable and accessible, and working rigorously based on the module it was built with. The search for such ideal proportion was essential at the beginning of the project and revealed the required unit of measurement: ‘the elephantine foot’ which, with its 33 cm, is a tenth greater than the classic foot.

Keep the original atmosphere

Every design in the project has been subject to that unit in an almost obsessive manner. Facade, floor plans, staircases, sections, ceilings, floors, lighting… absolutely everything was subjected to that exact proportion. Simultaneously, the entirety of its acoustic ceiling, wall textures, tempered air, neutral-color floors, structure typology, etc. were all taken into account, aiming to preserve the original atmosphere so the new spaces would be an exceptional place to work inside a truly exceptional building. Doubtlessly, each and every part of the building is an architectural masterpiece. The way it reaches the ground, its contact, its facades gravitating at a height of 1.98 m is simply magnificent.

Redesigning the perimeter garden was essential in order to accentuate this incredibly delicate gesture. Entering the building is nothing but another outstanding experience. The intervention strategy in the main lobby was directed towards recovering the fluidity of the original entrance. The recovery of the mezzanine area, removing all the elements added over the years, turning it into a clear open-plan space in which the furniture interacts with the original materials, makes it regain its lost spatiality and the transversal perspective of the lobby outwards.

 To achieve this, the false ceiling on this floor had to be restored to its original level. It was also necessary to re-expose the concrete structure, removing added partitions, recovering glass railings, as well as restoring the red fan coils and aligning the two large shafts with black glass. The sum of these interventions achieves a great grade of reflection spreading light filtered from the outside in countless directions.

Communication Core

Communication cores were completely recovered, reintroducing original materials that had been replaced after many years of use. Regarding the semi-basement floor, the whole area was designed according to criteria of functionality, the simultaneity of uses, versatility, and flexibility, consisting of new meeting rooms, and a physiotherapy area.

Last but not least, the complete façade system was renovated. However, not a single part of the original design was altered. As explained, every single aspect of the building has been carefully preserved, protecting this brilliant work of art, expressive and beautiful.
